Internships and Volunteering

OAA’s internship program offers hands-on experience and learning opportunities to University students, and young professionals seeking to engage in public service, while primarily serving the District’s African community.  OAA interns will be involved in many aspects of the agency’s day-to-day work, participate in the implementation of program activities, and provide support to the staff, while learning about the District’s African community.
